INFORMATIVA RESA ALL'INTERESSATO PER IL TRATTAMENTO DEI DATI PERSONALI

Con la accettazione e/o l'invio della presente scheda alla società Pensareweb, con sede in Rimini (RN), via Macanno 38/q, comunico il consenso al trattamento dei miei dati personali. A tale scopo confermo di essere stato edotto dei seguenti fatti:

a) il trattamento consisterà nell'inserimento dei dati personali comunicati con la presente nella banca dati computerizzata della società Pensareweb, opportunamente protetta dall'accesso a non autorizzati, e nell'utilizzo degli stessi, esclusivamente da parte della ditta Pensareweb, per l'invio di materiale pubblicitario e/o per la richiesta di opinioni in relazione ai prodotti della stessa società;

b) Il consenso del trattamento dei dati di cui sopra è obbligatorio per la fruizione del servizio ai fini fiscali, contabili, pubblicitari e di marketing;

c) i dati di cui sopra non verranno comunicati, ne' diffusi, ma solo utilizzati dalla suddetta societa' per l'invio del materiale pubblicitario e/o informativo in relazione ai prodotti della stessa. Detto invio avverra' esclusivamente via e-mail;

d) i dati da me comunicati saranno trattati con la supervisione della societa' Pensareweb con sede in Rimini (RN), via Macanno 38/q, tel 0541-309547, e del responsabile sig. Fabio Tonti reperibile, ai fini dell'informativa di cui all'art.7 d.lgs.196/2003, al seguente numero telefonico 0541-309547; gli incaricati del trattamento sono esclusivamente i dipendenti della societa', e sono tenuti all'obbligo di segretezza, al divieto di comunicazione dei dati e al divieto di utilizzazione dei dati medesimi per scopi diversi da quelli sopra enunciati.

e) Daniele Morri titolale del Consorizo Riccione Bike Hotels, con sede in Riccione via Parini 3 e l'incaricato al trattamento dei dati Barbara Bertoni sono anch'essi tenuti all'obbligo di segretezza, al divieto di comunicazione dei dati e al divieto di utilizzazione dei dati medesimi per scopi diversi da quelli sopra enunciati. Sono stato edotto, inoltre, di tutti i miei diritti in relazione al trattamento di cui sopra, cosi' come previsti dall'art. 7 d. lgs. 196/03, tra cui:

1. il diritto di ottenere la conferma dell'esistenza o meno di dati personali che mi riguardano, anche se non ancora registrati, e la loro comunicazione in forma intelligibile;

2. il diritto di ottenere tutte le indicazioni inerenti agli stessi dati di cui all'art.7 d.lgs.196/03, nonche' di ottenere l'aggiornamento, la rettificazione ovvero, quando sussista interesse, l'integrazione dei dati ovvero la cancellazione, la trasformazione in forma anonima o il blocco dei dati trattati in violazione di legge;

3.il diritto di opporsi, in tutto o in parte, per motivi legittimi al trattamento dei dati personali che mi riguardano, anche se pertinenti allo scopo della raccolta e al trattamento di dati personali per il compimento di ricerche di mercato o di comunicazione commerciale;

4. il diritto di revocare in qualsiasi momento il consenso al trattamento dei miei dati personali.

NOTIFICATION REGARDING PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND REQUEST OF CONSENT FOR THEIR PROCESSING

Accepting and/or sending the present form to Pensareweb Company, situated in Rimini (RN), via Macanno, 38/Q, I consent the processing of my personal data, in compliance with the following points:

a) personal data supplied by users will be processed electronically and/or manually in the data base by  Pensareweb Company, the controller of the processing, for all the aims pertaining to the services it offers. To be able to make use of the service, release of the data to be entered in the appropriate indicated spaces is compulsory, so failure to enter the compulsory data means users will not have access to these services. As well as the controller responsible for the data, other individuals who will see these personal data will be the staff working in the following company sectors: sales offices, technical offices, administrative offices.

b) The consent for the processing of personal data is compulsory for tax, accountant, promotional and marketing services.

c) The data can’t be communicated and/or transferred, but only processed by Pensareweb Company for the mail-out promotional and/or informative material regarding our services.

d) The data supplied will be processed with the supervision of  Pensareweb Company located in Rimini 38/Q, via Macanno 38/Q, tel. 0541/309547, and of the responsible Mr. Fabio Tonti, available in compliance with the Art. 7 of Legislative Decree N° 196/2003, to the following telephone number 0541/309547; people in charge of the processing data will be the staff working for Pensareweb, not authorised to comunicate the data for different aims, but for the ones indicated as above.

e) Daniele Morri, responsible for Consorizo Riccione Bike Hotels (situated in Riccione, via Parini 3) and manager of Consorizo Riccione Bike Hotels, and Barbara Bertoni, people in charge for the processing of the personal data, are not authorised to comunicate and transfer the data for different aims, but for the ones indicated as above. They are available to the number 0541. 390041 and e-mail business@riccionebikehotels.it.

Data subjects will be able to exercise any and all other rights foreseen by Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196 of 30.06.2003, reproduced hereunder in its entirety:

“1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data regarding him or her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.

2. The data subject has the right to obtain indication: a) of the origin of the personal data; b) of the ends and methods of its processing; c) of the logics applied in the event of processing being carried out with the aid of electronic equipment; d) of the identification details of the controller, of those responsible and the appointed representative as per Art. 5 paragraph 2; e) of the organizations or categories of organizations to whom personal data can be communicated or who get to know them in their capacity of designated representative in any area of the country, officers or appointees.

3. The data subject has the right to obtain: a) the updating, correction or, should he or she be interested, the integration of the data; b) the cancellation, transformation, in anonymous form or the blockage of any data processed unlawfully, including those whose storage is not necessary in relation to the aims for which the data were collected or later processed; c) a statement that the operations indicated at letters a) and b), including their content, have been made known to those to whom the data have been communicated or released, except in the case of this being found to be impossible or requiring the use of means which are clearly disproportionate to the protected right.

4. The data subject has the right to completely or partially oppose: a) for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data regarding him/her, even if relevant to the aims of their collection; b) the processing of personal data regarding him/her for the purpose of sending publicity material, direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communications.”

Par l’acceptation et/ou l’envoi de la présente carte à la société Pensareweb, siégeant à Rimini (RN), via Macanno 38q, je consens au traitement de mes données personnelles. De ce fait, j’atteste avoir été informé des faits suivants:

a) le traitement des données consiste en l’insertion de ces informations personnelles communiquées par la présente dans la banque de données informatisée de la société Pensareweb, protégée opportunément de l’accès aux non autorisés, et par l’usage exclusif de celles-ci par le personnel interne de la société Pensareweb, pour l’envoi de supports publicitaires et/ou pour la demande d’opinions sur les produits de la même société.

b) le consentement au traitement des données exposé ci-dessus est indispensableà la satisfaction du service à des fins fiscales, comptables, publicitaires et de marketing ;

e) Daniele Morri, président du consortium Riccione Bike Hotels, siégeant à Riccione, via Parini 3 et le chargé au traitement des données Barbara Bertoni sont également tenus à la confidentialité, à l’interdiction de divulgation des données et à l’interdiction d’utilisation de ces mêmes données à des fins autres que celles énoncées ci-dessus. J’ai également été informé de tous mes droits relatifs au traitement énoncé ci-dessus, comme prévus dans l’article 7 de la loi 196/03, dont:

“1. le droit d’obtenir la confirmation de l’existence des informations personnelles me concernant, même si elles ne sont encore enregistrées, ainsi que leur communication de façon intelligible;

Mit dem Versand dieses Formulars an die Firma Pensareweb, mit Sitz in Rimini (RN), Italien, via Macanno 38/q, akzeptiere ich die Speicherung und Verwertung meiner Daten. Zu diesem Zweck bestätige ich, über folgendes in Kenntnis gesetzt worden zu sein :

a) Meine persönlichen, hier angegebenen Daten, werden in der Computer-Datenbank der Firma Pensareweb gespeichert. Diese Datenbank ist auf geeignete Weise gegen Missbrauch Dritter geschützt. Nur die Firma Pensareweb ist berechtigt, meine Daten für den Versand von Werbematerial und/oder für die Meinungsforschung bezüglich ihrer Produkte zu verwenden.

b) Meine Zustimmung zur Speicherung und Verwertung meiner Daten ist für den gewünschten Service aus steuerlichen, verwaltungstechnischen und Marketing-Gründen verbindlich ;

c) Meine Daten werden weder an Dritte weitergegeben noch veröffentlicht, sondern nur von der Firma Pensareweb für den Versand von Werbe- oder Informationsmaterial für ihre eigenen Produkte verwendet. Der Versand findet ausschließlich über e-Mail statt;
