Come back in 2010, the legendary Marathon dles Dolomites in Alta Badia, July 4, 2010.
The Marathon of the Dolomites is a must for lovers of cycling Marathons, immersed in the beautiful scenery of the Dolomites, recently declared a World Natural Heritage by UNESCO.
The Marathon of the Dolomites offers three different routes, the marathon 106 km, the 106 km dolomites route and the small Sella Ronda, 55 km:

The number of cyclists who wish to participate in Marathon of the Dolomites never stops growing, but for security reasons there are only 8800 participants allowed, with a draw between those who have not priority access.

5th Sella Ronda Bike Day
More than 70 kilometres of road, for a total climb of 1,800 m will be open to cyclists on Sunday, 27th June 2010. From 8.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. all the Dolomite passes around the Sella Group (Sella, Gardena, Campolongo and Pordoi) will be reserved to the cyclists without them meeting motor vehicles along the whole route.

9 a.m. – Meeting at the tourist office in La Villa for a bikeride with Maria Canins towards Pederù in San Vigilio di Marebbe.
This is not a race but a simple leisure ride. Everyone rides on own risk and has to respect the normal traffic rules.
5:30 p.m. at the Hotel La Majun in La Villa welcome drink with other Maratona friends.

9 a.m. – Meeting at the tourist office in La Villa for a bikeride with Maria Canins towards Passo delle Erbe, more than once important lap of the Giro d’Italia.

9 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. starting numbers distribution at the events hall “Ciasa Runcher” in S.Leonardo/Badia

2 p.m. - 7 p.m. starting numbers distribution at the events hall “Ciasa Runcher” in S.Leonardo/Badia
3 p.m. events hall in Corvara: meeting “Transplant and Sport” (in ITALIAN) - organized by the Italian National Transplant Centre (CNT).

Bike rice for children between 6 and 12 years (maximum 300 participants). See our future champions at the arrival.
Send the registration for the race to sportful@sportful.com no later than 27th June 2010. On place registrations are taken until 10 a.m.
11 a.m. in S.Leonardo/Badia – EXPO zone
Day of happiness with music, pasta and our famous apple “Strudel”

8:30 a.m. – First riders passage through Corvara
9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. – “Kids park” opening at the arrival zone in Corvara: animation, winning-games and much more. Parents’ presence is not required.
From 10 a.m. - Arrival of the first racers of the medium course
From 11 a.m. - Arrival of the first racers of the „Maratona“ course
From 11 a.m. - “Barilla” Pasta Party at the arrival area in Corvara
4 p.m. – Icestadium Corvara: Official prize distribution for category and trophy winners with music entertainment and lots of fun!
