9th consecutive edition in Charleville-Mézières of the 1st International Criteriumof the season.
It is a record for Charleville-Mezieres to host this event regularly.
The most titled cyclists and cycling teams, will participate to this appointment, which difficulties, according to experts, are ideal for this kind of race.
The itinerary of Cycling Criterium International will ensure an exciting race both for teams competing, and the public, ever faithful to this big, traditional prelude to the Tour de France.
Here is the menu of this famous triptych, a line stage on the roads of the department on Saturday 28 March, a climbing one and a time trial on Sunday 29 March.
The first step, arrival in Charleville-Mezieres, in Cours Briand, where we can see a wonderful sprint to the finish.
On Sunday morning race for climbers, with the stage in the Meuse valley and the traditional Monthermé arrival.
A step, that has often established hierarchies before the time trial in the afternoon, arrival on Place Ducale, the famous square, historic heart of Charleville-Mézières.
