“REQUEST THE CATALOGUE AND WIN A WEEKEND” PRIZE CONTEST RULES

1. The contest is called “REQUEST THE CATALOGUE AND WIN A WEEKEND”;
2. The contest named “REQUEST THE CATALOGUE AND WIN A WEEKEND” starts on 20/11/2008 and ends on 20/03/2009 and will last for an overall period of 4 months; prize drawing by 31/05/2009.
3. The prize consists of a one weekend in Riccione (valid for two people, half board treatment). Such prizes can be benefited during the dates 01/06/2009 and 31/12/2009, excluding the following periods from 8 to 23 August 2009 and from 19 December to 10 January 2010.
4. The contest awards only one of the participants that has requested the catalogue.
5. The prize is cumulative with all the other promotions present on the website www.riccionebikehotels.it.
6. In order to take part of the contest, participants must be over 18 years of age.
7. The participants must submit the requested data in the first page of the section related to catalogue request and must agree to the treatment of their personal data.
8. Each participant will be identified according to the email address supplied during registration.
9. Each registered subscriber can win only once during the entire promotional period. For this purpose, the computer system will activate an automatic control, that according the personal data supplied for the contest, will exclude further winnings for the same participant.
10. Riccione Bike Hotels reserves the right to prevent more than one participation, through the means of verifying the name, surname, address of residency and email and however reserves the right to validate the data supplied by the winners in the registration form, eventually requesting a copy of an identification document that proves their identity
11. The contest expires on March 30, 2009.
12. For all participants:

The winner will receive by email a notification of the winning of the prize, which can not be transferred to others. The winner that can not benefit the prizes won, does not have the right to receive an equivalent sum. The participant that repeatedly registers in the contest with the same personal data but with different email addresses will be disqualified from the prize competition. For this purpose, our system will verify, besides the data inserted, also the IP address of the participant.

13. The consortium Riccione Bike Hotels, holder of the personal data treatment in the person of its legal representative will treat the data in accordance to the regulations of the Italian law n. 196 of June 30, 2003.
