The Romagna, the best place for tourists on holiday with the bicycle, the warm welcome, the routes, the fitness, the food And above all the these are the ingredients that make this place one the best tourist destinations, what do you think?
I swear that I love my country And I can't live without this close contact I hope that I pass this sensation to the group. Its not only the group that enjoys themselves I also enjoy the sensation of uniting the fun with the hard work of the run of the first 4 hills of the "Nove Colli". We head off with the train And we head straight down to Cesena And we pedal along a route enjoying the beauty of the scenes that seem to float in time. We stop to eat on the Barbotto, the hill that has made famous the race for its hard route,
from there I look out over San Leo the Carpegna, Maiolo And San Marino.........after that comes the up And down until our return at Riccione tired but satisfied.
.As a cyclist guide , what is your stile? Do you choose your routes with the guests, decide at the moment or do you follow a timetable? Do you like to follow your natural rhythm or do you adapt yourself to the capacity of the other tourists who want to enjoy the Romagna And its lAnd scapes?
I choose the route that is more adapt to the needs of the group without forgetting about the important things that one cannot renounce which are : roads with very little traffic, great views, some local cantinas And cultural stories always taking care to measure the distance And kilometers.
Apart from the results obtained up until now, do you think that sympathy And wiliness have there place in your work?
I would say that its fundamental it provides a touch of authority.
In your opinion who are the cyclists that are better prepared\ trained? And also the friendliest ones?
Germans And Swiss.
Have you any curious stories to tell in regards to the outing with the guests of the riccione bike hotels?
I was with a group of Dutch And Germans , we were going fairly fast .I love the descent ,I declare myself the one who loves the descent. They knew what they were doing And because of this I felt free to go as fast I as could go. Unfortunately I forgot that my tyres were not in the best condition And when we arrived at a bad curve down by M. Gardino I fell just like a beginner .I was lucky that I didn't hurt myself , my bike was ruined . Its definitely a day to forget.
